There’s a blast of winter forecast to blow in overnight, so I thought I should enjoy the blue sky day while I could. Ignoring all items on my to-do list, I had a wander around the garden …

Artichokes, looking good.
Greenhouse, scrubbed and ready to go for the summer.
The quince is leafing out.
Pear blossoms ready to burst.
Apricots in full bloom.
Tree fuchsia is loaded with blossoms.
Kaka beak is just beginning to bloom.
Daffodils are stunning, as always.
Tulips beginning to bloom.
Almond is a showpiece at the moment.
