Plum Cobbler

img_3062This was so beautiful and so simple, I had to blog about it. Greengages mixed with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch, topped with shortcake biscuit hearts. Baked 35 minutes at 190°C (375°F). Served for breakfast with plain, full-fat yoghurt. Divine!
